Some title I can't be arsed to think of.

It's been a while since I posted so I thought I'd let you all in on what's going on.

First and foremost on the 12th of June I met Louise, or rather Louise introduced herself to me, bought me a G&T and decided she was going to involve herself in my life from there on in.

We left the pub, chatted, agreed, disagreed until 4 in the morning at mine and then went out in the afternoon. At some point Louise decided I was worth the effort and gave me a shot :)

We've been together since then and on New Years Eve I proposed and she accepted making me a very happy man indeed. I always said I'd never marry again after the last debacle and then my ex girlfriend (see next post) but it all felt right and I'm looking forward to the rest of my life, kids, mortgages and that sort of stuff.

You see Louise is different from previous girlfriends/wife etc. For a start she's way harder than me (black belt instructor level), taller, independent and lets me get on with stuff. I'm not hard to live with, I'm pretty easy going and like to float about from thing to thing without planning too much. Louise understands this and lets me get on with it, doesn't give me too much grief and is generally happy with me.

We're getting married in August which doesn't give us much time to save up for the wedding so it will be a modest affair but that's ok as long as the important people are there.

In other news work's cool, my friends are still awesome and life is pretty good in general, there's one or two little issues to be sorted but nothing I can't handle. There's anoher post to follow after this but if after that I go quiet again it's only because I'm enjoying myself.
